Advisor and Manager Financial Incentives
Advisors and Wealth Managers representing client-investors may benefit from acceptable market fees—usually a percentage of equity under management (referred to as AUM), or in some cases have a modest profit participation interest. Each case is by agreement on the representation side.

Getting to know our client—Investors have access to a RH Capital’s Investor Portal providing personalized reports and real-time access to financial and tax information.
In addition to providing monthly cash distributions, RH Capital provides investors with specified monthly or quarterly property updates and annual tax filings.
