Russell Dixon
Managing Principal
Russell Dixon is Founder and CEO of RedHill Realty Investment Management and its related companies. Dixon has held key positions in global companies within the institutional real estate arena. He founded the global MultiHousing division for CB Richard Ellis and is one of the foremost leaders in the multifamily business. RH Capital is Dixon’s family office multifamily investment arm.
William Ballard
Principal
Ballard has held key positions with major national firms most previously Blackstone where he co-founded IndCor. Ballard works with the RH team by working with wealth managers, developing private placement strategies, and working closely with ultra HNW investors and family offices. He holds a CPA, CFP, and RPA designation.
Coleman Cox
Principal
Coleman Cox centers his experience on asset and portfolio management. Prior to RH Capital, Cox was a Director of E & Y’s west coast M & A practice and private advisory consulting group, working with significant private equity clients domestically and abroad. He is a licensed CPA and CFA Charter Holder.
